American Battlefield Trust
American Battlefield Trust
acowsay partnered with the American Battlefield Trust with the goal of creating four feature-length, documentary-style virtual field trips about some of our nation’s most historical cities. Each of our destinations — Boston, Massachusetts; Charleston, South Carolina; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Vicksburg, Mississippi — played an important part in the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, and other historical events. Tasked with the challenge of encompassing all these cities have to offer, encouraging our viewers to visit themselves, and keeping the attention of K-12 classroom students was no small feat. Now, we’re proud to share these historic tours with you and with students all across the nation.
The American Battlefield Trust is a Washington DC - based non profit whose mission is to preserve America’s battlegrounds and educate the public about what happened there and why it matters. Learn more about the Trust here.
